Do you offer annual billing and ACH payment options?

What if I'm on the Free plan and need just a few more builds this month?

If you are on a Free plan and have used your monthly quota of free builds and updates, upgrade to the Starter plan.

Does Expo store my credit card information?

No, Expo does not. We use Stripe to handle payments, and they store your payment information. See how Stripe handles security for more information.

Do you offer discounts for students, non-profits, or startups?

No, we do not offer discounts at this time.

Do you have Purchasing Power Parity (PPP) pricing?

No, we do not offer PPP at this time.

Do leftover monthly build credits roll over?

No, credits do not roll over or accrue. At the beginning of each billing period, the included resources that come with your plan will be reset back to their original allotments.

What are monthly active users (MAUs) and how are they calculated for updates?

A monthly active user (MAU) is someone who downloads at least one update during the billing period. Multiple downloads by the same user count as a single MAU. Users who only check for updates but do not download anything are not counted as MAUs.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you'll retain access to your plan throughout the rest of your billing period. If you have outstanding usage-based charges, you'll be charged for those immediately upon cancellation. After that, you won't be charged again.
