Additionally, we provide additional direct channels for other types of questions:

  • Login: If you are having trouble logging in to your Expo account or registering for a new account, email us here. If you have are having issues resetting your password, provide detailed troubleshooting information in your email so we can assist you. Check your spam folder for any password reset emails. Note that we will not send a password reset email if there is no account associated with the email address or username you provided to the password reset form.
  • Sales: Contact our sales team if you have questions about our plans, pricing, contracting and compliance, or if you are interested in a custom plan for your organization.
  • Vulnerability Reporting: Vulnerabilities related to Expo tools can be reported to vulnerability-disclosures@expo.dev.
