User, account, and project settings have a new design, with dedicated pages and a consistent sidebar to make settings easier to find.

- **User settings**: a refreshed _General_ page, _Authentication_ for sign-in methods and two-factor configuration, a standalone _Security_ page, and an _Advanced_ page for renaming and deletion. 
- **Account settings**: a refreshed _General_ page, and standalone _Connections_, _Security_, and _Advanced_ pages. _Billing_, _Receipts_, _Access Tokens_, and _Notifications _have moved from the app-wide account sidebar into the account settings sidebar. 
- **Project settings**: a refreshed _General_ page, with dedicated _Notifications_, _Connections_, and _Advanced_ pages. _Credentials_, _Hosting_, and _GitHub_ have moved from the app-wide project sidebar into the project settings sidebar.
